This liqueur is rich and full bodied, but the sweetness is not overpowering. It is a refined sweetness unique to maple sugar.
My favorite (recommended on their website) and tested in my home is the White Maple.
- 1 1/2 oz. light cream or milk
- 1 oz. Sapling Liqueur
- 1 oz. vodka
Mix ingredients in shaker over ice. Shake vigorously, pour over ice.
